damn, I've only been here for a while, but it already feels like a new home haha.

there's so much wonderful art, colors and styles here, it's actually magical. as a kid I mainly knew newgrounds for the glorious swfs and memes (like this one), but being here now takes me back to my early years on online art platforms, like dA (back when it still meant something) 🥹🙏. Even as I'm posting this journal, it reminds me of how I'd share my mundane updates there as well haha.

I mainly started posting here because I vibed with its anti-genAI policies, but even that aside, I can already tell that there's just so much human love on here, and it's really touching to see and feel.
